At Everything Esthetic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products and requesting refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Free from damage, wear, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used consumable products (e.g., skincare serums, creams, gels)
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Email us at returns@everythingesthetic.com or call us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
  3. Package your item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Include RMA number: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item: Send the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Important: Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Please do not return items to the original shipping address without authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label
  • Wrong Item Sent: We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label
  • Change of Mind/Buyer's Remorse: You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Size/Color Exchange: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund:

  • Inspection: We will inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Approval: If the return meets our policy requirements, we will approve the refund
  • Refund: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days (subject to 20% restocking fee)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or to apply appropriate restocking fees when applicable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above
  2. Indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange
  3. Place a new order for the desired item
  4. Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the refund for the original item

To ensure you receive your preferred item quickly, we recommend placing a new order while your return is in transit. This way, you won't have to wait for the return to be processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Expedite the replacement shipment when available

To expedite the process, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Your order number

We may not require you to return damaged or defective items in some cases.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Send you the correct item at no additional charge
  • Provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item
  • Expedite shipping of the correct item when possible

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again - processing times vary
  2. Contact your credit card company - it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank - there is often processing time before a refund is posted
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@everythingesthetic.com

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships:

  • Before shipment: Full refund to original payment method (processed within 3-5 business days)
  • After shipment: Follow our standard return process once you receive the item

International Returns

For international orders:

  • The same return policy applies, but return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for defective or incorrect items)
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return
  • Returns may take longer to process due to international shipping times
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method for international returns

Warranty Information

Many products come with manufacturer warranties. If you experience issues with a product after the return window has closed:
